Marcialou M. Macatangay is an Events & Entertainment Coordinator with 17 years of experience in live performance, artist coordination and celebration planning. At E3, he coordinates birthday events from enquiry and theme development through programme flow, hosting and guest experience. He also schedules performers, manages costumes and props and supports backstage requirements for live shows and roaming entertainment. Marcialou combines performer awareness with careful event coordination, helping families enjoy celebrations that feel organized, joyful and personal.
